Valerie Witte is performing with Jami Macarty and Sarah Rosenthal and musicians Ken Prokuski, David Forlano, and friends at “Word Tones: A Cross-Genre Collaboration.” This event celebrates Witte’s and Rosenthal’s forthcoming essay collection One Thing Follows Another: Experiments in Dance, Art, and Life through the Lens of Simone Forti and Yvonne Rainer and Macarty’s new chapbook The Whole Catastrophe, and features improvisational interludes by Prokuski, Forlano, and friends scored in response to the texts.
